New BTEC MUSIC Level 2 specification - support packs for all units available NOW!

The Edexcel BTEC Music and Music Technology (QCF) specifications are now in place - they apply to learners registered from September 2010 onwards.

There will be 'New Generation' BTECs for Music and Music Technology from September 2013 -

We have support materials for the current (QCF) qualifications available now...

The new Level 2 structure offers 3 pathways:

Edexcel BTEC Level 2 Certificate in Music – a 15 credit, 90 GLH qualification equivalent to a single GCSE

Edexcel BTEC Level 2 Extended Certificate in Music – a 30 credit, 180 GLH qualification equivalent to 2 GCSEs.

Edexcel BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Music – a 60 credit, 360 GLH qualification equivalent to 4 GCSEs

BTEC FIRSTS in MUSIC (QCF)

3 unit pack (any 3 units) £45.00

6 unit pack (any 6 units) £80.00

Single unit (any unit) £18.00
